5:53 p.m. Friday, 1111 Event Center Drive NE. A man was arrested at the Sanford Center for trespassing, disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process.
Thefts
4:44 p.m. Friday, 20th Street Northwest. Bike theft.
12:41 a.m. Saturday, 728 Paul Bunyan Drive NW. Three females dined at Country Kitchen and left without paying their $46 bill.
