Police Report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Weapons offenses
2:47 a.m. Friday, 800 block of Lake Avenue Northeast. Three gunshots were reported in the area, but officers didn’t locate the source or any subsequent shots.
Thefts
7:58 p.m. Thursday, 900 block of 30th Street Northwest. A theft was reported.
6:37 p.m. Thursday, 2200 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. Someone drove off without paying for gas at Murphy’s Oil USA.
3:50 p.m. Thursday, 3200 block of Hannah Avenue Northwest. A theft was reported.
8:31 a.m. Thursday, 800 block of Mississippi Avenue Northwest. Items were stolen from a truck.
Assault
5:44 p.m. Thursday, 1910 Middle School Drive NW. An assault at Bemidji Middle School was reported.
