The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
6:18 p.m. Tuesday, 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A theft was reported.
5:35 p.m. Tuesday, 900 Grant Avenue Southeast. A theft was reported.
4:29 p.m. Tuesday, 1200 block of 30th Street Northwest. A theft from a vehicle was reported.
3:30 p.m. Tuesday, 300 block of Bemidji Avenue North. A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle.
9:57 a.m. Tuesday, 700 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A man with a felony warrant was arrested for siphoning gas from vehicles.
8:20 a.m. Tuesday, 1400 block of 30th Street Northwest. A vehicle was stolen but recovered.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls:
8:14 p.m. Tuesday, 7100 block of Pete Lane Northwest. $37.20 worth of gas was stolen.
9:28 a.m. Tuesday, 25700 block of Everton Creek Road in Blackduck, Minn. Two industrial batteries were stolen.
8:24 a.m. Tuesday, Fern Street Northwest. At least 10 deep cycle batteries have been stolen over the last two weeks from a boat dealership.
7:01 a.m. Tuesday, 4600 block of Bemidji Avenue North. Balsam bows were reported stolen.
6:51 a.m. Tuesday, 5100 block of Jackpine Road Northwest. Vehicles were tampered with overnight.
8:35 a.m. Tuesday, 6800 block of Martin Lane Southeast. Cash was stolen from a wallet in an occupied home.
