3:56 p.m. Tuesday, JC Penney. Theft by an employee.
3:05 p.m. Tuesday, Bemidji Middle School. An assault occurred near the front entrance.

9 a.m. Tuesday, Pete's Place South. An employee accepted a second-party check that was forged.
