Police report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Burglary
6:02 p.m. Friday, 3900 block of Irvine Avenue North. A door was found forced open and broken glass was found inside. A microwave and oven door were broken. Missing were a TV, VCR and cameras.
Theft
6:23 p.m. Saturday, Walnut Hall at Bemidji State University. A price gun was stolen from the C3 store.
Peace disturbance
3:26 a.m. Saturday, 100 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest.
Gas drive-off thefts
9:49 a.m. Saturday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.
4:35 p.m. Saturday, 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Southeast.
Sheriff's Office
The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:
Theft from vehicle
11:32 a.m. Feb. 28, 11700 block of Irvine Avenue North. Hunting clothes were stolen from a vehicle.
Assault
6:34 p.m. Saturday, 17500 block of Grassy Island Lane Northeast, Blackduck. A male was reportedly assaulted by another male.
Identity theft
1:30 p.m. Sunday, Arrowwood Circle Northwest. Identity theft and inappropriate and illegal use of a credit card were reported.
Fire report
The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:
8:11 p.m. Saturday, 500 block of 19th Street Northwest. Medical call.
10:13 p.m. Saturday, 500 block of 21st Street Northwest. Carbon monoxide check. Elevated levels of CO were detected. A faulty furnace is suspected to be the cause. Residents were advised to vacate the premises until it could be fixed.
6:01 p.m. Sunday, 700 block of 14th Street Northwest. Medical call.
8:01 a.m. Monday, Bridgeman Hall at BSU. Medical call.
