Police report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Thefts

4:49 p.m. Friday, 1000 block of Washington Avenue South. Someone broke into a vehicle. The suspect(s) attempted to take a Pioneer stereo system, causing damage to the dashboard, but the stereo was not taken. Missing were the faceplate to the stereo, 10 CDs, a timecard, two hard hats and an orange vest.

10:46 a.m. Saturday, Bemidji Communications. Two cameras, including a Canon Powershot and Samsung SL620, were stolen. The loss is valued at $598.

Drugs

10:56 a.m. Sunday, 900 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest. A burglary was reported in process after the homeowner found an unknown man and women in the residence. A suspect was arrested.

2:46 a.m. Saturday, 700 block of 30th Street Northwest.

1:48 a.m. Sunday, 200 block of Rako Street Northwest.

Peace disturbances

3:35 a.m. Saturday, 700 block of 30th Street Northwest.

1:03 a.m. Sunday, 1000 block of Bemidji Avenue North.

5:11 a.m. Sunday, 1600 block of 23rd Street Northwest.

Property damage

11:11 p.m. Saturday, Birchmont Drive Northeast.

6:44 p.m. Sunday, 200 block of 13th Street Northwest.

Gas drive-off theft

8:48 p.m. Sunday, 100 block of Convenience Lane Southwest.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:

Assaults

10:23 p.m. March 3. A man reported that he was assaulted at about 10 p.m. Feb. 26 at Desperado's bar in Tenstrike by four unknown males.

9:52 p.m. Saturday, 19600 block of Plantation Road Southeast. A 17-year-old boy suffered a minor stab sound and was treated and released at the scene by Leech Lake Ambulance personnel. A possible suspect was arrested

Fraud by credit card

10:35 a.m. Friday, Jay Court Northeast. Unauthorized use of a credit card was reported.

Thefts

2:23 p.m. Friday, Concordia Language Village. The sign for the Russian Village was stolen.

1:13 p.m. Saturday, Birchmont Drive Northeast. A copy of the Bemidji Pioneer newspaper was stolen.

Fire

9:37 p.m. Friday, 1200 block of Wiese Lane Northwest. A report was made about a person on a fire. A 16-year-old boy had accidentally burned himself while lighting a campfire with gasoline.

Gas drive-off theft

8:48 p.m. Sunday, 100 block of Convenience Lane Southwest.

The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:

6:33 p.m. Saturday, 600 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest. Medical alarm, canceled.

8:18 p.m. Saturday, 700 block of 17th Street Northwest. Medical call.

9:11 a.m. Sunday, 1700 block of Norton Avenue Northwest. Carbon monoxide alarm, unfounded.

11:30 a.m. Sunday, 100 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest. Carbon monoxide check. "Potentially dangerous" levels of carbon monoxide were detected and maintenance was on scene to correct an issue with the stove.

12:08 p.m. Sunday, 1200 block of 30th Street Northwest. Medical call.
