The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Personal-injury accident

1:37 p.m. Monday, 700 block of 15th Street Northwest. Angela Olson was backing up in a parking lot when her 1996 GMC Sierra backed into a 1993 Buick Regal driven by Charlotte Hays, who had just turned into the parking lot. Olson was treated and released at North Country Regional Hospital for neck pain. Hays was not injured.

Theft

7:03 p.m. Monday, Tamarack Hall at Bemidji State University. Jewelry was taken, including two watches, two rings, three bracelets, two pairs of earrings and a necklace.
