Fraud

2:47 p.m. Tuesday, 2600 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A fraudulent return for cash was reported at Menard's.

Thefts

11:16 a.m. Tuesday, 2800 block of Pine Ridge Avenue Northwest. A check was stolen.

1:22 a.m. Tuesday, Irvine Avenue Northwest. A cell phone was stolen. The suspect was located and cited for possession of stolen property.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:

Fraud

3:29 p.m. Tuesday, Roosevelt Road Southeast. A counterfeit $20 bill was passed at Midway Convenience Store.
