Police report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Theft

6:24 p.m. Thursday, 1600 block of 23rd Street Northwest. A leather jacket valued at $100, a wallet containing credit cards, car cell phone charger, a beaded hair barrette valued at $60 and two CDs were stolen from a vehicle.

Burglary

2:47 a.m. Friday, 1500 block of Bixby Avenue Northeast. A 1 quart bottle of Taaka vodka and a 1 quart bottle of Jim Beam bourbon were stolen from a kitchen countertop. The caller reported hearing someone in the residence.

Theft from vehicle

8:26 a.m. Saturday, 10th Street Northwest and Beltrami Avenue Northwest. A backpack, CD case and about 80 CDs were stolen. The passenger side window was forced open, but did not appear damaged.

Weapons

9:45 a.m. Friday, Bemidji Middle School. A student was found in possession of a large locking blade knife.

5:49 p.m. Saturday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.

3:35 p.m. Sunday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.

11:42 p.m. Sunday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.

ATV complaint

7 p.m. Saturday, Kay Avenue Southeast.

Peace disturbance

1:26 a.m. Sunday, 1000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive South.

Property damage

2:27 a.m. Sunday, 1100 block of Mississippi Avenue Northwest.

6 a.m. Sunday, 500 block of 21st Street Northwest.

8:31 p.m. Sunday, 1700 block of 15th Street Northwest.

Sheriff's report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:

Theft

3 p.m. Friday. A 240-count bottle of Tramadol, a prescription medication, was stolen from an individual at either Wal-Mart or Palace Casino.

Motor vehicle theft

9:30 a.m. Saturday, 28800 block of Highway 71 Northeast. A 1990 black Chevrolet pickup was reported stolen. It was recovered about 11 miles southwest of International Falls.

Property damage

11:15 a.m. Sunday, 1300 block of Little Norway Avenue Southeast.

9:14 a.m. Monday, state Highway 197 and Pine Ridge Avenue Northwest. Medical call.
