Police Report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Thefts
6:42 a.m. Wednesday, 400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Southeast. Gas drive-off theft from EZ Stop.
7:52 p.m. Wednesday, 500 block of Sixth Street Northwest. Cash was stolen from a vehicle.
Assault
8:35 a.m. Wednesday, Bemidji High School. A student pushed an assistant principal as he walked by him.
Fraud
8:12 a.m. Wednesday, Perkins. A counterfeit $100 bill was discovered.
Sheriff's Report
The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:
Fraud
8:20 p.m. Wednesday, 7100 block of Pete Lane Northwest. Counterfeit currency was reported.
Burglary
7:34 a.m. Wednesday, U.S. Highway 2 West. Theft from around a property was reported. Items missing include some cable and a tail gate.
Fire Report
The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:
5:14 a.m. Thursday, 2500 block of Ridgeway Avenue Northwest. Carbon monoxide check. "Potentially lethal" levels of CO were detected.
