Police report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Bike theft
7:03 p.m. Monday, 1400 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest. A silver and maroon Next 18-speed mountain bike was taken.
Theft
7:22 p.m. Monday, Pita Pit. A wallet containing identification, an ATM card and $150 in cash was taken. Its owner had eaten at the restaurant and left before realizing he had forgotten his wallet. He returned, but the wallet was gone.
Peace disturbances
9:49 a.m. Monday, 100 block of Gemmel Avenue Southwest.
11:06 p.m. Monday, 2900 block of Ridgeway Avenue Northwest.
Sheriff's report
The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:
Assault
8:47 p.m. Saturday, Fifth Street Northwest and Jefferson Avenue Northwest. A 22-year-old woman was thrown from a vehicle. She was treated and released at North Country Regional Hospital.
Property damage
4:30 p.m. Monday, Grange Road Northwest.
7:30 p.m. Monday, Wolf Lake Drive Southeast and Grace Lake Trail.
11:07 p.m. Monday, 200 block of Spirit Avenue Northeast.
Peace disturbance
9:42 p.m. Monday, 300 block of Lakewood Drive Northwest.
Fire report
The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:
3:30 p.m. Monday, 8500 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest. Smoke odor reported in house, nothing found.
7:05 p.m. Monday, 800 block of 26th Street Northwest. Reset alarm.
