Police Report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Accident

11 p.m. Thursday, 1600 block of 23rd Street Northwest. A hit-and-run accident was reported. The suspect vehicle was located after it was set on fire. The suspect was contacted and claimed the vehicle had been stolen. The incident remains under investigation.

Thefts

9:27 p.m. Thursday, 500 block of 12th Street Northwest. Car rims were stolen.

2:27 p.m. Thursday, 400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Southeast. Gas drive-off theft from EZ Stop.

9:49 a.m. Thursday, 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. Gas drive-off theft from Murphy USA.

Burglary

12:10 p.m. Thursday, 1100 block of Beltrami Avenue Northwest. A burglary was reported.

Fraud

11:03 a.m. Thursday, 1500 block of Bemidji Avenue North. Suspicious bank activity was reported.

8:34 p.m. Thursday, Midway Drive. Personal-injury accident.

12:19 a.m. Friday, 4700 block of Eckles Road Northwest. Car fire.

5:20 a.m. Friday, 800 block of 26th Street Northwest. Medical call.

10:49 a.m. Friday, 300 block of Lake Avenue Southeast. Medical call.
