The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Motor vehicle tampering
5:28 a.m. Thursday, 1700 block of America Avenue Northwest. A vehicle had been rummaged through, but nothing was reported missing.
5:15 p.m. Wednesday, 800 block of 26th Street Northwest.
4:24 a.m. Thursday, 900 block of 30th Street Northwest.
7:11 a.m. Thursday, 1900 block of Middle School Drive Northwest.
The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:
12:30 p.m. Monday, Centerline Road Northwest. A cell phone was stolen.
7:42 p.m. Tuesday, Porcupine Road Southeast, Cass Lake. Two Xbox 36os, a PlayStation 3, an Xbox, 12-25 video games, about $80 in cash, a bottle of gin, four Xbox 360 controllers and a PlayStation controller were stolen. The loss is valued at about $4,400. Forced entry was used to gain entrance.
5:33 p.m. Wednesday, state Highway 72 and Main Street, Kelliher. A man was assaulted by another man.
8:26 a.m. Wednesday, 3900 block of Nebish Road Northeast.

3:50 p.m. Wednesday, 100 block of Convenience Lane Southeast.
9 p.m. Wednesday, Adams Avenue Northwest and Johnsville Lane Northwest.
11:11 p.m. Wednesday, Grant Lake Lane Southwest.

6:15 p.m. Wednesday, state Highway 197 and Carr Lake Road Southeast. Personal-injury crash requiring extrication.
