The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
9:54 p.m. Sunday, 900 block of Bemidji Avenue North. A theft from a vehicle was reported.
11:42 a.m. Sunday, 1000 block of Washington Avenue South. A theft was reported.
11:33 a.m. Sunday, 900 block of 11th Street Northwest. A theft was reported.
7:34 p.m. Friday, 2211 Paul Bunyan Drive NW. Someone drove off without paying for gas at Murphy Oil.
3:14 p.m. Saturday, 1600 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest. A missing elderly man was located and brought home.
7:58 a.m. Saturday, 1700 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A burglary was reported.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls:
9:45 p.m. Sunday, 200 block of Lindgren Road Northwest. Report of multiple instances of gunshots coming from east of the reporting person’s house after dark.
10:31 a.m. Sunday, intersection of Sandpiper Road Northeast and Kylen Lane. Deputies responded to a theft complaint.
12:45 a.m. Sunday, 100 block of Centerline Road North in Solway. A vehicle was broken into and a purse was taken.
Disturbing the peace
11:37 p.m. Saturday, 800 block of Tyler Avenue Southeast. A large college party with about 100 people was broken up.
12:58 p.m. Saturday, Lindgren Road Northeast. A deputy retrieved a gun that was found by a fisherman.
The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:
12:12 p.m. Saturday, west side of Lake Bemidji. Firefighters responded to a report of a man possibly falling through the ice, but it was unfounded.
1:22 p.m. Saturday, 1019 Paul Bunyan Drive S. Several individuals were rescued from a malfunctioning elevator at the Hampton Inn. No injuries were reported.
6:30 p.m. Saturday, intersection of 15th Street Northwest and Bemidji Avenue Northwest. Medical call.
10:11 a.m. Sunday, 1200 block of Park Avenue Northwest. Medical call.
8:38 p.m. Sunday, 100 block of 24th Street Northeast. Carbon monoxide check.
4:40 a.m. Monday, 400 block of Roosevelt Avenue Southeast. Medical call.
