Peace disturbances

5:12 a.m. Thursday, 1300 block of America Avenue Northwest.

2:49 a.m. Thursday, Minnesota Avenue Northwest. Party complaint.

Property damage

3:18 p.m. Wednesday, 400 block of Roosevelt Road Southeast. Graffiti was painted onto a fence owned by Arrowhead Glass.

Theft

1:52 p.m. Wednesday, 3800 block of Moberg Drive Northwest. Failure to return a rental car.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:

Peace disturbance

10:09 p.m. Wednesday, Roosevelt Road Southeast.

SWAT

6:17 p.m. Wednesday, no address listed, Bemidji. A distraught subject wsa locked in his house holding a deer rifle to his head. Initial negotiations failed. SWAT was paged. The standoff with the potentially suicidal male ended as the subject came out of the house on his own after negotiations with a sergeant.

Harassment

4:35 p.m. Tuesday, no address listed. A female was being harassed due to being a witness in a criminal case.

Burglary

2:59 p.m. Tuesday, Nature Road Northwest. A knife and change were stolen. A boy admitted that he and another male committed the burglary.
