Police Report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Thefts
4:03 p.m. Sunday, Tesoro, 405 Bemidji Ave. N. Someone drove off without paying for $92.83 worth of gas.
2:24 p.m. Sunday. A cell phone was reported stolen.
7:34 a.m. Friday, 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A jacket was stolen from a vehicle.
Assault
2 a.m. Sunday, 100 block of Third Street Northwest. A fight was reported, but it was broken up before authorities arrived.
Property damage
10:46 p.m. Saturday, intersection of Sixth Street Northwest and America Avenue Northwest. A stop sign was run over.
1:52 p.m. Friday, 500 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A motorist drove away with a gas pump hose.
Medical
8:32 p.m. Saturday, Sanford Center, 1111 Event Center Drive. An underage woman passed out in a bathroom and was transported to Sanford Medical Center. She was cited for minor consumption.
Ordinance violations
12:59 p.m. Friday, 1400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. Two men were reportedly selling perfume and cologne without a solicitation permit. Officers unable to locate them.

The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls:
Hazards
5:10 p.m. Saturday, Averi Circle Northwest. Grant Valley Township residents reported an explosion, and sheriff’s deputies found remnants of an explosive in a gravel pit.

10:12 p.m. Friday, 1800 block of 30th Street Northwest. Medical call.
4:37 a.m. Saturday, 700 block of 33rd Street Northwest. Medical call.
9:21 a.m. Saturday, intersection of state Highways 89 and U.S. Highway 2. A semitrailer went into the ditch and its fuel tank was leaking. No injuries were reported.
10:45 a.m. Saturday, 1100 block of Lake Boulevard Northeast. Carbon monoxide check.
8:08 p.m. Saturday, 100 block of Inglewood Street Northwest. Medical call.
10:07 a.m. Sunday, 2600 block of Delton Avenue Northwest. Medical call.
10:29 a.m. Sunday, 2800 block of Ridgeway Avenue Northwest. Medical call.
