Police Report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Suspicious
11:35 p.m. Thursday, 900 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest. A peeping Tom was reported looking into a bedroom window. A man was located, talked to and released. The caller couldn’t identify the man.
Thefts
5:36 p.m. Thursday, Walmart, 2025 Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A cell phone was stolen.
5:31 p.m. Thursday, 200 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest. A purse was stolen at a downtown bar.
5:17 p.m. Thursday, 1200 block of 30th Street Northwest. A vehicle window was broken and items were stolen.
Fraud
9:46 a.m. Thursday, 700 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A counterfeit $20 bill was reported and collected as evidence.
Fire Report
The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:
5:36 p.m. Thursday, 100 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest. Medical call.
8:29 p.m. Thursday, Sanford Medical Center, 1300 Anne Street Northwest. Fire alarm.
