The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Theft from vehicles

2:48 a.m. Friday, 1400 block of Beltrami Avenue Northwest. An iPod Nano and accessories were stolen. The loss is valued at $150.

12:30 p.m. Friday, 2400 block of Irvine Avenue North. A pink purse with a yellow "M" on its side was stolen. The purse contained identification and prescription medication.

Burglary

8:42 a.m. Sunday, 600 block of Third Street Southeast. A Dell laptop, opal and gold rung, and jewelry were stolen. The loss is valued at $1,000. The screen was removed from a window to gain entry into the residence.

Bike theft

6:59 p.m. Sunday, 100 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest. A blue and white Hiawatha bike was stolen.
