Thefts from vehicles
'8:47 a.m. Tuesday, 600 block of 19th Street Northwest. A CD player valued at $100 was stolen.
2:26 a.m. Tuesday, 600 block of 19th Street Northwest. A Ryobi drill and Leatherman tool were stolen. The loss is valued at $60.
1:10 p.m. Tuesday, 13th Street Northwest and Minnesota Avenue Northwest. A purse was stolen. A suspect was arrested.
2:07 a.m. Tuesday, 1600 block of 23rd Street Northwest.
3:10 a.m. Tuesday, 2100 block of Roosevelt Road Southeast.
4:17 a.m. Tuesday, 800 block of 26th Street Northwest.

Motor vehicle theft
5:06 a.m. Sunday, 29500 block of Irvine Avenue North. A four-wheeler was stolen.
10:32 a.m. Monday, 1300 block of balsam Road Northwest. A woman was reputedly smoking marijuana.
1:39 a.m. Tuesday, 13300 block of Wildwood Road Northeast. Shots were reportedly fire. Deputies were unable to locate the suspect vehicle but did find shell casings in the area.

10:16 a.m. Tuesday, 400 block of Lakewood Drive Northwest.
