Police Report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Thefts

10:16 p.m. Sunday, 2200 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. Gas drive-off theft in the amount of $30.01.

2:48 p.m. Saturday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. Gas drive-off theft.

6:39 p.m. Sunday, 900 block of Carter Circle Southeast. Keys were stolen.

2:05 p.m. Sunday, 2600 block of Delton Avenue Northwest. A bike was stolen.

10:05 a.m. Sunday, 1400 block of America Avenue Northwest. Theft from vehicle.

7:48 a.m. Saturday, 2000 block of Birchmont Drive Northeast. Bike theft.

Assault

11:06 a.m. Sunday, 700 block of 15th Street Northwest. A 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Sheriff's Report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:

Pursuit

7:58 a.m. Sunday, U.S. Highway 2 West. A 19-year-old man was arrested following a pursuit of a suspected stolen vehicle. A police stop eventually was made on state Highway 89 near Deer Lake.

Assaults

4:40 a.m. Sunday, 19300 block of Swallow Drive Southeast, Cass Lake. A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and marijuana possession after deputies responded to a fight complaint.

11:33 p.m. Saturday, 10200 block of state Highway 89 Northwest, Red Lake. A 28-year-old woman was cited for marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia after an assault was reported.

Harassment

9:07 p.m. Saturday, U.S. Highway 71 Northeast and Three Mile Road Northeast, Blackduck. A 27-year-old man was arrested after he was reported to be driving erratically. His driving allegedly forced another driver to take evasive action.

Burglary

8:57 p.m. Saturday, Artesian Spring Road Northeast, Kelliher. A burglary was reported in Shotley Township.

Sex crimes

12:12 p.m. Saturday, no address listed. A 13-year-old was exposing himself.
