Police and fire report for April 7
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
5:16 a.m. Friday, Summit Square Apartments. A smoldering towel was located in a bathroom. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. All occupants were fine.
12:17 a.m. Friday, Irvine Avenue Northwest. A verbal warning was given for a campfire being larger than what is allowed.
12:44 a.m. Friday, 1000 block of Washington Avenue South. To females, ages 33 and 18, were arrested.
4:58 p.m. Thursday, Walmart. A man was arrested for invading the privacy of others.
1:03 p.m. Thursday, Paul Bunyan Drive South. An intoxicated woman created a traffic hazard. She was given a courtesy ride to the Law Enforcement Center.
7:18 p.m. Thursday, 26th Street Northwest. Items from a yard were reported stolen. The items were located in a neighbor's yard where a theft from a trailer occurred.
7:01 p.m. Thursday, Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A 23-year-old woman was arrested for two active warrants. She was additionally cited for shoplifting.
6:44 p.m. Thursday, 26th Street Northwest. Music equipment was stolen from a trailer.
4:57 p.m. Thursday, 2400 block of Ridgeway Avenue Northwest. A bicycle was reported stolen.
4:54 p.m. Thursday, 2500 block of Ridgeway Avenue Northwest. A bicycle was reported stolen from outside a residence.
1:29 p.m. Thursday, Jack Stop. Gas drive-off.
8:58 a.m. Wednesday, Petro Serve USA. Gas was reported stolen.
