Police Report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Thefts

10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Petro Serve USA. Gas drive-off.

12:29 p.m. Wednesday, Lueken's Village Foods North. A woman was cited for shoplifting.

Assaults

8:38 p.m. Wednesday, Oshki Manidoo. A juvenile male was assaulted by two juvenile females.

1:42 p.m. Wednesday, Bemidji Middle School. A fight occurred.

Property damages

8:32 p.m. Wednesday, 2500 block of Hannah Avenue Northwest. Vehicle damage was reported in a parking lot from the actions of sealcoat workers.

3:04 p.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest. A vehicle tire was cut.

9:23 a.m. Wednesday, 300 block of Beltrami Avenue Northwest. Graffiti complaint.

Disorderly conduct

8:27 p.m. Wednesday, People's Church. A 38-year-old man was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct.

Burglary

7:55 p.m. Wednesday, 2600 block of Delton Avenue Northwest. A homeowner returned home to find her home had been broken into and a television was missing.

Fraud

12:35 p.m. Wednesday, 800 block of Bemidji Avenue North. An attempted scam over the telephone was reported.

Ordinance violation

9:37 a.m. Wednesday, 600 block of Railroad Street Southeast. Large rocks were reportedly on the road.

Sheriff's Report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:

Assault

11:20 p.m. Wednesday, Power Dam Road Northeast. Two brothers were engaged in a verbal argument.

Peace disturbances

10:14 p.m. Wednesday, Patriot Drive Northwest. Four men were issued verbal warnings for a noise complaint.

7:44 p.m. Wednesday, Patriot Drive Northwest. Noise complaint.

Property damage

8:32 p.m. Wednesday, Edgewood Drive Southeast. A man reported a stock car, television and laptop computer had been damaged.

Disorderly conduct

1:35 p.m. Wednesday, Supreme Court Northwest. An intoxicated man was removed.

Fraud

1:01 p.m. Wednesday, Debs, Pinewood. An email scam was reported. The suspect asked the complainant to send money to a person stuck in a foreign country with no money.
