Police Report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Peace disturbance
2:29 p.m. Friday, Fourth Street Northwest. Loud music complaint.
Ordinance violation
2:09 a.m. Friday, Third Street Northwest. A woman was warned about consuming in public.
Assault
7 p.m. Thursday, 15th Street Northwest. A woman reported she was assaulted.
Accident
6:43 p.m. Thursday, 15th Street Northwest and Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A minor, two-car accident was reported. A woman was cited for failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
Thefts
5:29 p.m. Thursday, Petro Serve USA. Gas drive-off.
4:41 p.m. Thursday, 1700 block of Calihan Avenue Northeast. A JL Audio subwoofer was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
2:05 p.m. Thursday, 19th Street Northeast. A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle after its owner gave a ride to an unknown couple after an event.
11:43 a.m. Thursday, Bemidji State University's Bridgeman Hall. Computer items were stolen.
Disorderly conduct
9:31 a.m. Thursday, Classic Cuts. Three men were asked to be removed.
Sheriff's Report
The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:
Peace disturbance
9:24 p.m. Thursday, 800 block of Town Hall Road Northwest. The sound of possible fireworks or a gunshot was heard. Officers were unable to locate the origin of the noise.
Theft
8:19 p.m. Thursday, Tom'Stop. Gas drive-off.
Accident
7:23 a.m. Thursday, Irvine Avenue Northwest and Whiting Road Northwest. A four-vehicle accident resulted in minor injuries.
