Police Report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following reports:

Theft

9:23 a.m. Thursday, MeritCare Walk-in clinic. A pink-and-gray Coach wallet was stolen from a purse in a desk. The wallet, valued at $80, contained credit cards and cash. The owner of the purse had already canceled the credit cards.

4:24 p.m. Thursday, 1300 block of Naylor Drive Southeast. An individual reported the theft of three gas cans from a boat, two six-gallon red metal cans and one six-gallon plastic cans, valued at a total of $75. The metal cans were located at a residence. Charges are yet to be filed.

Drive-off gas theft

9:31 p.m. Friday, 400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Southeast.

Party complaint

11:09 p.m. Friday, 600 block of 18th Street Northwest.

Sheriff's Report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following reports:

Theft

12:15 p.m. Wednesday, 100 block of Peaceful Meadows Lane. A purse was reported stolen. The money was returned and no criminal charges will be filed.

Property damage

3:25 p.m. Friday, 300 block of Park Avenue Southwest, Wilton.

8:59 p.m. Friday, 191 Fladager Avenue Northwest, Solway.

Disturbing the peace

9:25 p.m. Friday, 5600 block of Alps Court Northwest.

10:31 p.m. Friday, 800 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest.

Fire Report

The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following reports:

1:20 p.m. Friday, 400 block of Wood Avenue Southeast. Medical call.

Friday, 2300 block of North Plantagenet Road. Assisted Minnesota Department of Natural Resources with a fire at a stump pile at a demolition site.

4:57 p.m. Friday, 1700 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest. Medical call.

8:49 a.m. Saturday, 2600 block of Beltrami Avenue Northwest. Medical call.

11:26 a.m. Saturday, 700 block of 18th Street Northwest. Medical call.

5:04 p.m. Saturday, former Ainsworth plant, 29674 U.S. Highway 2. Assisted Cass Lake Fire Department at oil fire.
