Colby is the daughter of George and Janis Parrott of Nashville, Tenn. John is the son of the late Patty Persell and John and Teresa Persell of Bemidji.
Colby is a project manager for SurveyMonkey.com. John is an attorney with Pacific Rivers Council. They will live in Portland.
