Peck-Swanson

Annushka Gisella Peck, left, daughter of Wally and Cathy Peck of Bemidji, and Julia Kali Swanson, daughter of Jayne Swanson and the late Carl Swanson of Mount Vernon, Iowa, were married in a private ceremony with their immediate families on Nov. 7, 2009, in Iowa City, Iowa.

They celebrated their marriage in a public ceremony with family and friends on June 19 at Annushka's parents' home in rural Bemidji.

Annushka is a member of the faculty at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design.

Julia is employed as a social worker at Hope House, an emergency and transitional living facility.

The couple currently resides in Milwaukee, Wis.
