Moen, now an adjunct professor in sociology at Bemidji State University, became vitally interested in issues of conflict and conflict resolution as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ethiopia.
She was one of the founding members of the Conflict Resolution Center at the University of North Dakota and continues to serve the CRC as a transformative mediator for workplace disputes in organizations.
The board supports the goals of Peacemaker Resources, which include expanding programs and increasing the awareness of the value of cooperative life skills classes for all students.
