While pavement markings may be completed by Friday, the public is advised that the current entrance (north bus entrance) and exit (south entrance) into Horace May School will continue to be used until Tuesday, when all entrances to the school will be open, a DOT news release said.

Parents and others who drop off and pick up children from the school should be extremely alert to changes in the traffic patterns.

Work on the Highway 197/71 project will continue through next week and motorists can expect workers and equipment in the work zone with shoulder closures, mobile equipment operations and possible short-term lane closures with flaggers.
