Passenger injured in Saturday night rollover accident

Jenna C. Stodgell, 18, of Solway, remains in stable condition today in Innovis Hospital in Fargo, N.D., following a Saturday night rollover accident near the intersection of U.S. Highway 2 and state Highway 89.

At 10:40 p.m. Saturday, Minnesota State Patrol troopers responded to the call after a 2003 Chevrolet pickup driven east on Highway 2 by Lucas G. Mattison, 19, of Bemidji, rolled into the median. Stodgell, a passenger, was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected, according to the report. Mattison was wearing a seatbelt and was uninjured. Stodgell was taken by Bemidji Ambulance to North Country Regional Hospital and then transferred to Innovis Hospital.
