Olympian to hold ski, wax clinics

Three-time Olympian John Bauer will host Nordic Ski and Wax Clinics Dec. 9 and 10 in Bemidji.

The clinics will focus on improving ability of racers. Bauer will teach modern methods for both classic and skate techniques. The wax clinic will focus on learning how to properly apply Toko waxes for races.

The wax clinic will be held at 7 p.m. Dec. 9 at TrekNorth Junior and Senior High School.

The ski clinic will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 10 at Buena Vista Ski Area.
