As has been the custom, area guides will volunteer their services while other volunteers will help by cooking a walleye dinner, monitoring the return of the guides and their young anglers, cleaning fish, creating gift bags and handling the other behind-the-scene duties.

The initial TKF committee meeting will be 6 p.m. May 9 at the Hillcrest Supper Club in Blackduck. Additional committee meetings, which will be held at the same time and the same location, are scheduled for May 16, May 23, May 30 and June 6. A follow-up meeting will be held on June 20.

Anyone interested in helping with the TKF planning process is invited to the meetings.
