Randi Burch, daughter of Randy "Spud" and Leanne Burch of Ladysmith, Wis., and Tom Oelke, son of Bob and Beth Oelke of Puposky, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding to be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 3, 2011, at Majestic Oaks Gold Club in Ham Lake, Minn.

Randi is a 2005 and 2009 graduate from St. Cloud State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Arts in Special Education. She is employed as a school social worker at Rogers High School in Rogers, Minn. Tom is a 2002 graduate of Dunwoody College of Technology in Minneapolis and is a CNC machinist for Master Machine in Blaine, Minn.

The couple will reside in Ramsey, Minn.
