Northwoods Politics: First remarks by Gov.-elect Mark Dayton

When Republican Tom Emmer conceded the governor's race, Mark Dayton became the first Democrat to take the governor's office since 1990 and Gov. Rudy Perpich, in whose administration Dayton served. Oddly, Dayton had dinner Tuesday night with Perpich daughter, Mary Sue.
