Northome October Students of the Month
Northome School staff sent out a message of congratulations to October's Students of the Month. Hollea Boquist, Keith Shaughnessy, Rachel Fahey and Becky Maggert were chosen for the month of October.
Senior Hollea Boquist was honored with the senior high academic student of the month. Hollea is the daughter of Terry Boquist and Terri Koithan, Northome.
Hollea is an active member of Brain Bee, science club, Spanish club, student council, band, choir, basketball, softball, National Honor Society and was the volleyball team manager.
Nominees were sophomore Isaiah Rahier, juniors Caleb Schneider and Tristan Williams.
Keith Shaughnessy was chosen as the Senior High Exemplary Student. Keith is the son of Dan and Gayle Shaughnessy, Northome. Keith is active in football, basketball and band.
Nominees were Sophomore Autum Rossman, seniors Charlie Swang, Danielle Lindner and Mandy Girtz
Rachel Fahey was selected the Junior High Academic Student of the Month. Rachel is the daughter of Scott and Sarah Fahey, Northome.
Rachel is active in student council, volleyball, basketball, track, Junior High National Honor Society, 4H, band, choir and junior high robotics.
Nominees were freshman Jacklynn Pierson and seventh grader Samantha Davison
Junior High Exemplary student was Becky Maggert. Becky is the daughter of Dan and Brenda Maggert. Becky is active in band and choir.
Nominees were freshman Sadie Fraley, Evan Becker, seventh grader Kezie Rahier and eighth graders Michaela Williams, Brigette Williams and Rachel Fahey.
