Up North Sports Report: A big weekend for sports in Bemidji

It's been a little busy around here with the Twins excitement and preparing for what should be a good sports weekend in Bemidji.

On Friday night, the Bemidji High School football team will take on mighty Sartell at Chet Anderson Stadium in the homecoming game. It should be a fun game. Bring your hats and gloves because it may snow. Seriously.

The Bemidji State football team will look to rebound at home Saturday afternoon against high-flying Wayne State.

Also opening the hockey season at The Glas is the BSU women's hockey team Sunday at 4 p.m. against Wisconsin.
