The training, based on StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessments, will be held on four separate days at Beltrami Electric Cooperative. Registrants must be available for all days. The cost is $80 per registrant. If an organization has two or more participating, the cost will be $50 for each.

Each person will receive a copy of the best-selling book "StrengthsFinder 2.0" by Tom Rath and will utilize Gallup's Clifton StrengthFinder - a Web-based assessment tool to identify their most prevalent personal strengths.

StrengthQuest shows how to apply proven principles that lead to job satisfaction and achieve successful results.

Registration will be at 8 a.m. Sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The sessions are "Introduction to Strengths," Oct. 7; "Discover Your Talents," Oct. 21; "Develop Your Talents," Oct. 27; and "Building Strength-Based Teams," Nov. 18.

StrengthQuest is facilitated by DeAnna Murphy, who has a background in organizational psychology with a focus on strength-based leadership, teamwork communication, conflict resolution and group process. She holds a master's degree in psychology, has studied strength-based leadership and is an experienced strength-coach.

For details or to register, call Jane McKelvy at 759-2057, 800-659-7859 or janem@nwmf.org. Arrangements for continuing education units will be available through Northland Community and Technical College upon request.
