NMF gets $15,000 Bremer grant

The Northwest Minnesota Foundation in Bemidji has received a $15,000 grant from the Otto Bremer Foundation to support the Marshall County Early Childhood Initiative.

Sixty-six grants were authorized at the May meeting of the Trustees of the Otto Bremer Foundation, a private charitable foundation established in 1944 by Otto Bremer.

The mission of the foundation is to assist people in achieving full economic, civic and social participation and help their communities. Beneficiaries must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin or North Dakota, with preference given to those in regions served by Bremer Banks.
