Healthy living presentation set
BEMIDJI — A presentation on living healthy on a budget is set for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at the Rail River Folk School. The presentation is a part of the Sustainable Tuesday organization.
Various community members will be discussing how to live healthy and shop eco-friendly without spending too much money. They will discuss how to shop, plan healthy meals for the week and take advantage of free community activities.

ECFE registration available
BEMIDJI — Registration is open for all Early Childhood Family Education classes in Bemidji.
Classes are available for infants to 4 years old in various formats. Parents may attend with their children to learn activities and discuss parenting issues. Classes are offered during the day and night and are available for families regardless of income status.
