The 11th annual Taste of Turtle River will be held from 4-7 p.m. Aug. 15 at New Salem Lutheran Church. Feast on roast pork, turkey, wild rice, corn on the cob, coleslaw, homemade bars, ice cream, coffee and lemonade, all while you enjoy musical entertainment. There will also be door prizes and a hand pieced quilt raffle.

Meal tickets are $10 for adults, $4 for children ages 8 to 12 and free for children under 8.
New Salem Lutheran Church is located 10 miles north of Bemidji on Highway 71 in Turtle River.
