New ownership at Chiropractic Sport and Spinal Rehab
BEMIDJI – Dr. Lyle Erickson of Chiropractic Sport and Spinal Rehab in Bemidji has sold his practice to Dr. Seth Tyberg.
An open house to welcome Tyberg and say farewell to Erickson will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at CSSR. Refreshments will be provided.
“We are happy to announce that Dr. Tyberg will be taking over the practice,” said Erickson. “He will be a great addition to CSSR and to the Bemidji community.”
“I made the choice to sell my practice so I could spend more time with my family,” Erickson said. “Chiropractic is a passion of mine and I will continue work as a chiropractor, but for now, my focus is spending time with my family. Bemidji has been such a wonderful town to build a business. I will forever be grateful for the friendships and business relationships I have built.”
Erickson will continue to treat patients through November as Tyberg transitions into the new position.
“My wife and I were thrilled to make the move to Bemidji,” Tyberg said. “It was an easy choice for us, because my wife is from Bemidji and we both enjoy the outdoors. We are expecting our first child on Christmas, and this entire experience has been a very exciting time for us.
“We received such a warm welcome at CSSR from both the staff and the patients,” said Tyberg. “I am looking forward to working with two other talented chiropractors, Dr. Grant Coauette and Dr. Eric Levesque.”
Tyberg completed two degrees at the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire. His undergraduate majors included Spanish and history. He completed his undergraduate requirements for chiropractic school at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree was at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008.
Tyberg was nominated by the Minnesota Chiropractor’s Association as Chiropractor of the Year and Distinguished Young Practitioner in 2010. He is also on the Political Action Committee with the Minnesota Chiropractors Association.
