City crews will be working on storm sewer drains on Roosevelt Road, between Washington Avenue South and Railroad Street Southeast, starting at 8 a.m. A news release issued said the work could take several days and while access to the road is possible, motorists are being asked to find a different route.

"Due to congestion and workers in the area, it would be appreciated if folks would take a different route," the release said.

Emergency vehicles will have access to the road.
