According to comments on the dispatch log, two men wearing black jackets came into the store, told the clerk to get on the ground, pointed a handgun in his face, smashed a case with a metal pipe and stole items out of the case.

Jacobson said he couldn't confirm all of the comments, including that one of the males told the clerk, "You should have given me a deal earlier."

The suspects fled the store, and a police K-9 unit was unable to track them down, Jacobson said.

The robbery, which was reported at 10:09 p.m., remains under investigation.
