Minnesota gets $600,000 grant to promote HPV vaccine, but effectiveness is debated

DULUTH — The Minnesota Department of Health announced Wednesday it had received a $600,000 grant from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention “to increase coverage rates for the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine among adolescents in the state.”
