Rosenbloom set the school record with 24 rebounds in addition to scoring a career-high 21 points in the win.

The previous school-record for rebounds was held by Stacy Pearson-Taylor, who grabbed 20 rebounds in 2006.

Trailing 65-64 with just 16 seconds left, Zach Noreen was at the free throw line with the opportunity to put the Beavers in the lead. After tying the game with the first free throw, he missed on the second, but point guard Michael Farrington was there to grab the offensive rebound. Just as Noreen did, he was able to connect on just one of two free throws, but Rosenbloom pulled down the offensive rebound and found DJ Hervy, who knocked down both free throws to increase the lead to three points.

Four points from Rosenbloom helped the Beavers jump ahead 6-0 after just two minutes.

A 3-pointer from Jordan Poydras and a pair of free throws from Matt Graggs pushed the St. Cloud State lead to 20-15 with 9:51 remaining in the first half.

BSU regained the lead at 28-27 on a 3-pointer from Rosenbloom. It was his first connection from long distance this season.

Bemidji State held on to the lead for the remainder of the half and took a 35-34 advantage to the locker room.

Rosenbloom surpassed his career-high of 14 rebounds in the first half, by pulling down 15 boards before halftime.

A layup from Kevin Levandowski gave SCSU its first lead of the second half at 44-42 with 14:24 remaining in the contest.

The two teams traded single possession leads for the remainder of the half.

Trailing by two, Hervy dialed up on a step-back 3-pointer to put BSU ahead 62-61 with 1:50 to play.

Brock Lutes added 20 points for the Beavers.

Levandowski led the Huskies with a 21-point effort.

Bemidji State (5-1, 2-0 NSIC) will look to stay in the win column when it hosts Minnesota Duluth today at 6 p.m.
