GRAND RAPIDS — Authorities are investigating an Itasca County plane crash that injured a Grand Rapids man Tuesday afternoon.

Shortly after 5 p.m., the Itasca County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a float plane that had crashed into Shoal Lake five miles north of Grand Rapids.
