Man dead of apparent gunshot wound in Fargo

FARGO -- A man was found dead of an apparent gunshot wound Thursday night in north Fargo.

Police were called just after 8:30 p.m. on a report of a disturbance in a duplex, Sgt. Carlos Nestler said.

Nestler said officers found a man believed to be in his late 20s in the house, and he appeared to have at least one gunshot wound. Officers attempted CPR, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two people were being detained, Nestler said. One is the main person of interest and one is a witness. No arrests have been made.
