Man convicted in fatal Minn. farm confrontation
WILLMAR, Minn. (AP) — A jury in Kandiyohi County has convicted a man of second-degree murder but acquitted him of first-degree murder in a fatal farm confrontation.
Jurors Tuesday found 47-year-old Timothy Huber guilty of two counts of second-degree murder, but not guilty of first-degree premeditated murder.
