Man charged with murder in fatal stabbing in Grand Forks
GRAND FORKS, N.D. — Four people face charges in state district court related to the early Sunday burglary and stabbing death of a man who lived northwest of Grand Forks International Airport.
Court papers show Grand Forks County prosecutors filed charges against three men and a woman arrested in the wake of 33-year-old Ruben Cisneros Jr.’s death.
Joe Ramon Saucedo, 21, of Tucker, Ga., faces charges of Class Double AA felony murder and conspiracy to commit burglary, a Class B felony.
Carmell Mattison, assistant state’s attorney for Grand Forks County, said Tuesday that Saucedo took a knife from his pocket and stabbed Cisneros several times about 1 a.m. Sunday during a burglary.
Three other people, including a woman identified as the victim’s former girlfriend, also face burglary-related charges: Jennifer L. Blue, 23, of Grand Forks; Vincent Jonas Gladue, 24, of East Grand Forks, Minn.; and Thomas Robert Begg, 23, of Reynolds, N.D.
In a separate case, Blue also faces felony charges related to her alleged use of false identities last month in attempts — three times within 24 hours — to obtain morphine and other drugs at Altru Hospital.
