An arrest has been made in the April 27 killing of a former Thief River Falls, Minn., woman who was found dead in Riverside, Calif.
The body of Jamie Lea Harmer, 32, was discovered along railroad tracks. The body had been dismembered and scattered in plastic trash bags along the tracks, according to a report from Riverside police.
Christopher Marcus Brown, 28, of Riverside, who lives near the scene, has been arrested on an unrelated felony warrant. He was expected to be charged with murder by the weekend, according to Sgt. David Amador.
