Lumberjacks blast Roseau, win Des Sagedahl Wood Bat Classic
BEMIDJI - The Bemidji baseball team won the Des Sagedahl Wood Bat Classic Saturday afternoon with a 12-2 win over Roseau at the BSU baseball diamond.

The Lumberjacks, now 17-1, blasted 12 hits on the Rams in a game that lasted only 4 1/2 innings.
Connor McNallen led the way for the Lumberjacks at the plate, hitting a double and two singles to drive in five runs.
The Jacks topped Grand Forks Red River 10-7 and beat Duluth East 7-0 in Friday night's action. They ended up going 3-0 to win the round-robin tournament.
They'll return to action Monday when they travel to Detroit Lakes; the regular season ends Thursday at Moorhead.
